I called Garage Door Specialists because our double car garage door was making a lot of unusual noises. It is a very heavy custom wood door and needs regular maintenance. An appointment was made for the next day and Rob, the service technician called before he arrived to let me know he would be here in about 15 minutes. Rob and Mike arrived on time and introduced themselves. Before starting the work, Rob discussed with me a low cost DIY fix to best deal with the condensation that forms on the garage door windows in the winter. After they finished the tune-up and maintenance, Rob went over everything that they had done and made some recommendations for me to consider in the future to further strengthen the tracks of the 16x8 door. Rob then offered to program our key pad for the large door that had never been programmed. Rob and Mike were very friendly, professional and did a great job! It was a pleasure working with Garage Door Specialists from beginning to end.

We have a house that was built in the 1950's, the garage door is original--heavy solid wood--squirrls & other critters had eaten through the bottom & as a result it was impossible to keep them out. Years ago we had a problem with the opener, we picked Garage Door Specialists out of the yellow pages for service. Then came out right away & fixed the problem. We decided to give them another try when we decided to get a new door. Bottom line--great service & price.
